Our physical therapy programs are designed to help restore or compensate for limitations in mobility, strength, endurance, and balance. Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy supports individuals with physical, developmental, mental, or emotional challenges to regain the skills needed for daily living activities. The goal is to empower patients to live independent, fulfilling, and productive lives.

Our therapists work with patients to improve essential skills for daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, cooking, and housekeeping. Treatment plans are personalized to help individuals enhance their ability to manage life at home, engage in leisure activities, and safely rejoin their community. We also offer specialized memory care programs to support those with cognitive challenges, helping them maintain independence as long as possible.

As patients approach discharge, we may offer to provide a thorough home evaluations and offer guidance for family members to ensure a smooth transition for continued success at home.

Speech Therapy

Our speech-language pathologists use specialized evaluation tools and individualized treatment plans to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. We work with patients who experience challenges with speech clarity, rhythm, and fluency, as well as those who have difficulty speaking or swallowing due to conditions such as stroke, neurogenic disorders, or oral motor impairments. Our team also provides care for individuals with laryngectomy, Alzheimer's disease, hearing impairments, and related language or cognitive challenges.
