Facility COVID-19 Information |

We are doing everything we can to ensure we reduce the
spread of COVID-19, including frequent communication with local
and state health officials to ensure we are taking all the
appropriate steps which include:
- Vigorous daily cleaning and disinfecting processes, that include additional laundry procedures.
- Staff and vendors receive screening prior to entering the facility. If a staff member or vendor does not pass this screening, they are not permitted into the facility. All staff members have been provided PPE that is worn when in the facility. Staff members are being tested no less than once a week.
- Residents are being assessed several times a day for any signs of illness. You will be contacted if there is any change in a resident's condition.
